Nip & Fab Dragons Blood Plumping Serum Review | An Instant Shot of Moisture to Dehydrated Skin

I’ve heard about Nip+Fab skincare products for a while now but have held off due to the price. My local Boots had an offer on, which I just couldn’t refuse, so I bought this serum and the mask.  I was intrigued by this range because it’s ‘Dragon’s Blood’ which I’ve never heard of before. Apparently, it’s a plant substance and not the blood of mystical beings.

This serum contains (obviously) dragon’s blood which helps to create a barrier over the skin when applied. This helps to reduce pollutants and dirt from clogging the skin. It has velvet flower which moisturises and illuminates the skin. Gransil EP-9 helps to absorb excess oil and smooth the skin. This is one of the important things for me as I get very oily. It also has Hyaluronic acid which I’ve heard a lot of good things about. This hydrates and further helps with a smoother more refined skin texture.

The serum is quite thick when you pump it out, but you only need the tiniest bit as it spreads so easily on application. It feels lightweight and absorbs into your skin quickly. After it’s been applying you cant really tell except your skin feels immediately smoother.

I found after a few days of using Nip+Fab Serum that my skin felt smoother and looked healthier. My breakouts were smaller and were less visible. Dry patches on my face felt normal again but I also didn’t feel too oily. The ingredients clearly work together well to keep me moisturised, but not too moisturised.

One of the big benefits is that it’s suitable for sensitive skin. So I actually tried it on some eczema on my neck and it helped to clear it up a bit. It didn’t fully go away but it was visibly less red, hydrated and smoother. I’ll definitely be picking up some more Nip+Fab products as this one was such a success for me.
